基于公寓辅导员视角教育引导大学新生缩短适应期

摘　　要：告别中学时代,迈进大学校门,人生的历程翻开了新的一页,人生的道路跨入了新的阶段。学习要求的变化、生活环境的变化、社会活动的变化等都会对大学新生入校后的心理适应状况有一定的影响。如何教育、引导新生尽快适应这种环境的转变,是大学研究的一个重要课题。本文分析探讨大学新生不能很快适应大学生活的原因,明确公寓辅导员在缩短新生适应期的重要作用,促进大学生健康成长。Bidding farewell to secondary school and entering university,the course of life has turned a new page and the road of life has entered a new stage.Changes in learning requirements,changes in the living environment,changes in social activities,etc.will have a certain impact on the psychological adaptation status of university freshmen after entering the university.How to educate and guide new students to adapt to this environmental change as soon as possible is an important topic in university research.This paper analyzes and discusses the reasons why college freshmen can't adapt to college life quickly,clarifies the important role of apartment counselors in shortening the adaptation period of freshmen,and promotes the healthy growth of college students.
