摘  要:拉顶管工艺作为由定向钻牵引工艺改良而来的新型工艺,具有施工占地小、对周边建筑扰动小及对现状道路路面破坏小等优点,在城市管网建设中具有较大的优势,但当在深厚淤泥层或液化层等软弱土层中应用时却会产生一系列的问题。通过分析这些问题产生的原因,提出了对应的拉顶管工艺改进方法,并将其应用于实际工程。结果表明,所提出的改进方法有效可行,可为该工艺后续应用于软弱土层时提供指导。As a new technology improved from the directional drilling traction technology,the pulling pipe jacking technology has the advantages of small construction area,small disturbance to surrounding buildings and small damage to the existing road pavements,and has the great advantages in the construction of urban pipe network.However,when applied in soft soil layers such as deep silt layer or liquefaction layer,it will cause a series of problems.By analyzing the causes of these problems,the corresponding improvement ideas of the pipe jacking technology are proposed,and are applied in the practical projects.The result shows that the proposed improvement method is effective and feasible,which can provide the guidance for this technology to be applied in the weak soil layer later.
