摘 要:目的:探究物理治疗结合膝关节伸展力量训练对髋部损伤短跑运动员肌力恢复的影响。方法:以髋部损伤的30名短跑运动员为研究对象,采用个性化的康复训练计划(含物理治疗和膝关节伸展力量训练)。评价指标包括肌力恢复、疼痛感受和功能性恢复等多个方面。统计分析相关数据。研究结果显示:实验组在肌力恢复、骨密度和生活质量等方面表现出显著优势。建议:教练团队制定个性化康复训练计划,加强对短跑运动员骨密度监测与营养干预,促进心理健康和社交支持的整合。This study explores the effects of integrating physical therapy with knee joint flexibility strength training on muscle recovery in short-distance runners experiencing hip injuries.METHOD:Thirty short-distance runners with hip injuries participated in the investigation,undergoing personalized rehabilitation programs that included both physical therapy and knee joint flexibility strength training.Assessment criteria covered various aspects,including muscle recovery,pain perception,and functional restoration.RESULT:Statistical analysis of the data revealed a significant advantage for the experimental group in terms of muscle recovery,bone density,and overall quality of life.SUGGESTION:The study recommends that coaching teams develop personalized rehabilitation training plans,incorporate regular monitoring of bone density,and implement nutritional interventions for short-distance runners to enhance their psychological well-being and integrate social support.
