摘　　要：提高运动员文化教育质量是竞技体育可持续发展的必然趋势,也是运动员提高专业能力的有效途径,更是运动员职业分化的必要保障。成果导向教育(OBE)理念注重目标与结果,强调以学生为中心,运用逆向思维的方式进行课程体系建设。本研究利用文献资料、访谈调查等研究方法,从OBE理念出发对高校学生运动员文化教育培养方案进行研究。研究结果表明,在OBE理念和框架下设计高校学生运动员文化教育培养方案需要有四个方面的考虑:一是要以国家政策为主导,确定高校学生运动员文化学习目标;二是要以遵循学生运动员特殊属性为核心,构建高校学生运动员课程方案;三是要以灵活机动确定教学策略为关键,设计高校学生运动员教育模式;四是要以采用多元和梯次的评价体系为保障,持续改进高校学生运动员文化学习质量。综上所述,在国家高度重视运动员全面发展的新时代,以OBE理念构建高校学生运动员文化教育培养方案,具有重要理论价值与现实意义。Improving the quality of athletes'cultural education is an inevitable trend of the sustainable development of high-performance sport,an effective way for athletes to improve their professional ability,and a necessary guarantee for athletes'professional differentiation.The OBE concept emphasizes goals and outcomes,the student-centered approach and the use of reverse thinking in the construction of the curriculum system.This study uses the methods of literature review,interviews and other research methods to study the cultural education and training program of college student athletes from the OBE concept.The findings are:In order to design the cultural education and training program of college student athletes under the OBE concept and framework,firstly,we should take the national policy as the guide to determine the cultural learning goals of college student athletes;Secondly,we should follow the special atributes of student athletes as the core to build a curriculum program for college student athletes;Thirdly,we should design the education model of college student athletes with flexible and flexible teaching strategies as the key;Fourthly,we should continue to improve the quality of cultural learning of college student athletes by using a diversified and echelon evaluation system as a guarantee.In the new era when the country attaches great importance to the all-round development of athletes,it has important theoretical value and practical significance to build a cultural education and training program for college student athletes with the OBE concept.
