摘  要:卒中后中枢性疼痛是一种严重并影响生活质量的疾病。本文对脑机接口技术、抗体疗法、基因治疗技术和光神经调制技术在治疗卒中后中枢性疼痛方面的研究进展进行了综合分析。脑机接口技术作为一种新兴的非药物治疗方法,通过将脑信号解码与外部设备相连接,实现对疼痛信号的干预和调节,为患者减轻疼痛带来了希望。抗体疗法通过选择性调节神经递质或神经受体,改变患者的疼痛感知和传导,为疼痛管理提供了新的路径。基因治疗技术利用基因工程手段,通过操纵细胞基因的表达和功能来调节疼痛传导途径,为中枢性疼痛的治疗提供了创新思路。光神经调制技术通过光敏化剂和光源的结合,实现对神经元的光激活和光抑制,有效降低疼痛的感知和传导。这些非药物治疗方法在疾病治疗中的安全性和有效性正逐渐得到验证,为卒中后中枢性疼痛的治疗提供了新的选择。Post-stroke central pain is a serious condition that affects the quality of life.This review provided a comprehensive analysis of the research progress of brain-computer interface(BCI)technology,antibody therapy,gene therapy and optical neuromodulation in the treatment of post-stroke central pain.BCI technology is an emerging nonpharmacological therapeutic approach that offers a hope for pain relief by connecting brain signal decoding to external devices,thus achieving the possibility of interventions and modulations of pain signals.Antibody therapy provides a new pathway for pain management by altering pain perception and transmission via selectively modulating neurotransmitters or neuroreceptors.Genetic engineering is adopted in gene therapy to regulate pain transmission pathways by manipulating the expressions and functions of cellular genes,providing innovative ideas for the treatment of central pain.Optic neuromodulation technology achieves photoactivation and photoinhibition of neurons through the combination of photosensitisers and light sources,which effectively reduces pain perception and transmission.The safety and efficacy of these non-pharmacological treatments in the management of post-stroke central pain are gradually being verified,providing new therapeutic options.
