探讨利普刀宫颈锥切术治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨利普刀宫颈锥切术治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变的临床疗效。方法选取50例宫颈上皮内瘤变患者为研究对象,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。按照手术方式不同分为两组。对照组25例,采用宫颈锥切术治疗;试验组25例,采用利普刀宫颈锥切术治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果、手术相关指标以及并发症发生率。结果试验组治疗有效率高于对照组,手术相关指标优于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利普刀宫颈锥切术治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变效果显著,患者术后康复效率高,并发症低,可以作为常规手术方式,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Lipknife cervical conectomy in the treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia.Methods The clinical data of 50 patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into two groups according to different surgical methods.In control group,25 cases were treated with cervical conectomy.In the experimental group,25 cases were treated with Lipknife cervical conectomy.The therapeutic effect,operative related indexes and complication rate of the two groups were compared.Results The treatment effectiveness rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the surgical related indicators were better than those of the control group.The incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Loop electrosurgical excision procedure has a significant effect on the treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia,with high postoperative recovery efficiency and low complications.It can be used as a routine surgical form and is worthy of clinical promotion.
