摘　　要：为充分发挥基层教学组织的主观能动性和实体作用,本文围绕基层教学组织所具有的特征进行展开,分析了教研室发展现状、困境及成因;通过厘清并优化教研室结构、创建教研室内部的文化、完善教研室的管理机制、建立教研室的规章制度、发挥教研室主任的作用、开发教研室教师的潜力、培养青年教师快速成长、参与并建设虚拟教研室,为解决当前高校基层教学组织存在的问题,使教学质量和发展得到提升,切实肩负起新时代教育改革发展的责任。Exploration and practice of the construction of grassroots teaching organizations in the new era in order to fully leverage the subjective initiative and substantive role of grassroots teaching organizations,this article focuses on the characteristics of grassroots teaching organizations,analyzes the current situation,difficulties,and causes of the development of teaching and research rooms,clarifies and optimizes the structure of teaching and research rooms,creates internal culture of teaching and research rooms,improves the management mechanism of teaching and research rooms,and establishes rules and regulations of teaching and research rooms,utilizing the role of the director of the teaching and research department,developing the potential of the teachers,cultivating young teachers for rapid growth,participating in and building virtual teaching and research rooms,in order to solve the problems existing in grassroots teaching organizations in universities,improve teaching quality and development,and effectively shoulder the responsibility of education reform and development in the new era.
