摘  要:在水平三的跳高教学阶段,为了实现“一切为了每一个学生的发展”的核心理念,针对学生在跳高中常见的恐惧心理进行了深入研究。通过深入探讨学生的恐惧来源,该文采用了分析、鼓励和分组实践等策略来帮助他们克服这些恐惧。结果表明,这些方法有效地帮助学生克服了恐惧,更自信地参与跳高活动,并从中体验到了运动的乐趣。此外这一过程还促进了学生心理素质和道德品质的培养。During the Level-Three high jump teaching phase,in order to realize the core concept of"everything for the development of every student,"we conducted an in-depth study on the common fearsstudents have when high jumping.By deeply exploring the sources of students'fears,the paper adopted thestrategiesof analysis,encouragement,and group practiceto help them overcome these fears.The results showed that these methods were effective in helping students overcome their fears,participate more confidently in high jump,and experience the joy of the sport.In addition,this process also promoted the cultivation of students'psychological qualities and moral qualities.
