高校乒乓球课程思政建设引入“乒乓精神”的策略探究

摘　　要：如今高校体育课堂中的思政内容成为教学的重要部分,但在教育实践中,思政的建设问题也日渐凸显,所以构建新的思政教育方式迫在眉睫。该文通过文献资料法,深入分析了在课程思政背景下“乒乓精神”的基本内涵与实际运用价值,以及“乒乓精神”融入高校乒乓球教学之中的具体挑战和应对措施。研究发现,“乒乓精神”难以进入高校学生视野的原因主要是由于世界文化冲击、思政标准提高、传统课堂模式等因素的影响。最后提出了传播乒乓故事、提升文化自信、紧跟思政标准、完善教师能力、创新教学方法、增强课堂趣味等措施,以期提升教学效果,推动体育教学与思政建设协同共进。Nowadays,the ideological and political content in the physical education classroom of colleges and universities has become an important part of teaching,and the problemsof ideological and political construction in educational practice are becomingincreasingly prominent,which makes it urgent to builda new ideological and political education method.This paper deeply analyzes the basic connotation and practical application value of"table tennis spirit"in the context of curriculum ide-ology and politics,the practical significance of"table tennis spirit"for college table tennis courses,and the specific chal-lenges and countermeasures of integrating"table tennis spirit"into college table tennis teaching.It isfound that the main rea-sonswhy the"spirit of table tennis"is difficult to enter the field of vision of college students are due to the influence of world culture shock,the improvement of ideological and political standards,and the traditional classroom mode.Finally,the study proposes measures such as spreading table tennis stories,enhancing cultural self-confidence,closely keeping up with theideological and political standards,improving teachers'capabilities,innovating teaching methods,and enhancing classroom interest,in order to improve the teaching effect of teachers and promote the synergy between physical education teaching and ideological and political construction.
