摘  要:瑜伽运动作为古老的运动方式,近年来在国内变得越发流行,尤其是受年轻人的青。瑜伽运动将身体运动与心理调节合二为一,其深厚的文化底蕴符合新时代体育发展的要求。该文从“全民健身”战略及“体育强国”战略的大背景出发,从呼吸控制、体位法、深度放松三个方面,讨论瑜伽运动的健身机制;从运动价值、娱乐价值、教育价值,分析瑜伽运动的内涵价值;在探析瑜伽运动在国内现状的基础上,从体育文化、体育人才、体育市场三个维度分析瑜伽运动的推广困境;最后,从政策支持、科技加持、人才扶持层面,部析瑜伽的推广路径,以供参考。As an ancient exercise method,yoga has become more and more popular in China in recent years,especially favored by young people.Yoga combines physical exercise and psychological regulationinto one,and its profound cultural heritage meets the requirements of sports development in the new era.Starting from the background of the strategy of"national fitness"and the strategy of"sports power",this paper discusses the fitness mechanism of yoga from the three aspects of breath control,asana and deep relaxation;analyzes the connotative value of yoga from the value of sports,entertainment value and educational value;andanalyzes theconnotative value of yoga in the analysis of yoga's physical exercise and mental adjustment.On the basis of analyzing the current situation of yoga in China,we analyze the promotion difficulties of yoga from three dimensions of sports culture,sports talents and sports market;finally,we analyzethe promotion path of yoga from the level of policy support,scientific and technological support and talent support for reference.
