摘　　要：目的:探讨临床路径管理模式在上消化道出血护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年8月—2022年8月敦煌市医院收治的130例上消化道出血患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各65例。对照组采用常规管理,观察组采用临床路径管理。比较两组护理效果。结果:护理后,两组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.015)。观察组护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.024)。结论:临床路径管理模式在上消化道出血护理中的应用效果显著,能够缓解患者不良情绪,提高治疗依从性与护理满意度。Objective:To explore the application effect of clinical pathway management mode in the nursing of upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods:From August 2020 to August 2022,a total of 130 patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding admitted to Dunhuang City Hospital were selected as the study subjects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into two groups with 65 cases in each group.The control group used conventional management,and the observation group used clinical pathway management.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment compliance in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.015).The total satisfaction with nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.024).Conclusion:The clinical pathway management mode has significant application effects in the nursing of upper gastrointestinal bleeding,and can relieve adverse mood of patients,improve the treatment compliance andsatisfactionwithnursing.
