摘　　要：随着胆道外科微创技术的发展,腹腔镜下胆总管探查取石术已成为治疗胆总管结石主要的手术方式。胆总管切开取石伴T管引流是常用的手术方式,近年来,由于微创技术进步及快速康复理念的普及,胆总管一期缝合、胆总管一期缝合联合胆管内支架在胆总管探查取石术中被逐渐应用。当前胆探后胆管具体采用哪种闭合方式更有优势,这一问题仍有争议。本文对胆管一期缝合联合胆管支架在腹腔镜胆总管探查取石术应用中的研究背景、手术适应症的探讨。不同胆管支架的优劣、术式操作要点等进行综述。With the development of minimally invasive techniques in biliary surgery,laparoscopic choledochotomy and lithotripsy have become the main surgical modality for the treatment of choledochal stones.Choledochotomy for stone ex-traction with T-tube drainage is a commonly used surgical procedure.In recent years,due to the advancement of mini-mally invasive techniques and the popularization of the concept of rapid rehabilitation,primary suture of the common bile duct and primary suture of the common bile duct combined with an endobiliary stent have been gradually applied in cho-ledochotomy and stone extraction.The current issue of which specific closure of the bile duct after biliary exploration is more advantageous is still controversial.In this paper,we review the research background,surgical indications,advan-tages and disadvantages of different bile duct stents,and operation points of the surgical research progress of primary bile duct suture combined with biliary stent in laparoscopic common bile duct exploration.
