112例不孕不育患者的生殖道支原体的感染和药敏分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨不孕不育患者的生殖道支原体感染的情况及药敏分析结果。方法:选取2022年1月至2022年9月河南省生殖妇产医院诊治的不孕不育患者112例作为观察组,选取同期具有生育史的健康体检者112例作为对照组,对所有患者均实施生殖道支原体培养、鉴定和药敏试验,并对结果进行统计学分析。结果:通过对两组发生解脲支原体感染、人型支原体感染,二者混合感染的情况进行分析,观察组3种类型的感染率分别为51.79%、13.39%、10.71%,对照组3种类型的感染率分别为9.82%、1.79%、3.57%,且观察组总感染率为75.89%明显高于对照组的15.18%,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。就两组支原体感染的性别分布情况,女性的感染率比男性高,两组感染性别分布差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对观察组112例患者的药敏结果进行分析,生殖道支原体感染3种类型的患者均对交沙霉素、强力霉素、美满霉素药物有较高的敏感性,但混合感染耐药耐重。结论:不孕不育患者生殖道支原体感染女性普遍高于男性,感染类型以解脲支原体为主,交沙霉素、强力霉素、美满霉素效果较理想,混合感染耐药严重,临床要结合药敏分析用药,以保证对患者的治疗效果。Objective:to investigate the infection of Mycoplasma in genital tract of infertile patients and the results of drug sensitivity analysis.Methods:From January 2022 to September 2022,112 infertile patients were selected as Observation Group,and 112 healthy persons with reproductive history were selected as control group,the culture,identification and drug sensitivity test of Mycoplasma in genital tract were carried out in all patients.Results:The infection rates of Ureaplasma infection,Mycoplasma hominis infection and mixed infection were 51.79%,13.39%and 10.71%respectively,the infection rates of the three types in the control group were 9.82%,1.79%and 3.57%respectively.The total infection rate of the observation group was 75.89%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 15.18%(P<0.05).According to the sex distribution of Mycoplasma infection in the two groups,the infection rate of female was higher than that of male(P<0.05).The drug sensitivity of 112 patients in the observation group was analyzed.The patients with three types of genital mycoplasma infection were all highly sensitive to Josamycin,Doxycycline and Minocycline drugs.Conclusion:The infection rate of mycoplasma in female genital tract of infertile patients was higher than that in male.The infection type was mainly Ureaplasma urealyticum,and the drug resistance of mixed infection was serious.
