摘　　要：目的分析三甲医院ICU专科护士健康工作环境与职业获益感的相关性。方法采用方便抽样法,于2021年6月至9月对泰安市中心医院的108名ICU护士进行健康工作环境和职业获益感问卷调查,分析二者相关性及职业获益感的影响因素。结果ICU护士健康工作环境评估量表得分为(74.62±14.05)分,职业获益感得分为(128.63±10.43)分。相关性分析显示,ICU护士职业获益感与健康工作环境各维度呈正相关(P<0.05)。多元线性回归分析显示,夜班频数、性别、职务、是否接受过ICU专科培训和健康工作环境是护士职业获益感的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论ICU护士的职业获益感和健康工作环境还需要进一步提升,良好的健康工作环境有利于提升护士的职业获益感。Objective To analyze the relationship between the health working environment and the sense of occupational benefit of ICU nurses in top three hospitals.Methods Convenient sampling method was used,108 ICU nurses in Taian City Central Hospital were investigated by questionnaire on healthy working environment and perceived occupational benefit from June to September 2021,and the correlations between the two and the influencing factors of perceived occupational benefit were analyzed.Results The scores of health work environment assessment scale for ICU nurses was(74.62±14.05)points,and the scores of career benefit was(128.63±10.43)points.Correlation analysis showed that there were positive correlations between nurses'sense of career benefit and all dimensions of healthy working environment(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that night shift frequency,gender,job title,ICU training and healthy working environment were the main factors influencing nurses'sense of professional benefit.Conclusion The sense of career benefit and healthy working environment of ICU nurses need to be further improved,and a good healthy working environment is conducive to improving the sense of career benefit of nurses.
