摘  要:人才需求的变化必然带来人才培养模式的转变,培养具有综合素质的技能人才,需要创新人才培养模式。本文通过对职业院校口腔医学专业教学存在的问题,对目前职业口腔教育现状进行分析研究,探索以口腔医学专业课程为载体,凝练口腔专业思政育人主线、课程制定思政育人主题,按照“依岗定课、课证融合、赛课对接”的理念,实施课程思政建设与“岗课赛证”融通协同育人的模式探索,实现价值引领与知识传授和技能培养相统一,优化高职口腔医学专业人才培养体系,提高教学质量,提升高职院校口腔医学专业内涵建设及社会服务水平,实现良性发展,更好地满足基础人民群众不断增长的医疗卫生服务需求,推进社会经济和谐发展。The change of talent demand will inevitably bring about the change of talent training mode.To train skilled talents with comprehensive quality,it is necessary to innovate the talent training mode.Through analyzing the existing problems in the teaching of stomatology major in vocational colleges,this paper analyzes the current status of vocational stomatology education,explores the main line of ideological and political education of stomatology major and the theme of curriculum development,and follows the concept of"setting courses according to post,integrating courses and certificates,and connecting courses through competition".Implement the mode exploration of integrating curriculum ideological and political construction with"job-lesson-competition-certification",realize the unity of value guidance,knowledge imparts and skill training,optimize the training system of stomatology majors in higher vocational colleges,improve the teaching quality,enhance the connotation construction of stomatology majors in higher vocational colleges and the level of social service and achieve sound development.We will better meet the growing needs of the basic people for medical and health services,promote harmonious social and economic development.
