摘 要:纤维化疾病涉及肝脏、肺、皮肤、肾脏、心脏等器官,以器官组织内纤维结缔组织增多、实质细胞减少为主要病理改变,持续进展可致器官结构破坏和功能减退,甚至导致器官衰竭,严重威胁人类生命健康。近年认为,Wnt/β联蛋白(β-catenin)信号通路可能在多种组织纤维化进展过程中发挥调控作用,因此调控Wnt/β-catenin信号通路可能有助于减缓纤维化疾病进展或逆转纤维化进程,但目前其具体作用机制尚不清楚。未来,深入研究Wnt/β-catenin信号通路在纤维化疾病中的作用机制及其调控靶点将为纤维化疾病的临床治疗提供新策略。Fibrosis disease involves liver,lung,skin,kidney,heart and other organs,with the increase of fiber connective tissue in organ tissues and the decrease of parenchymal cells as the main pathological changes,the continuous progress of which can lead to organ structure destruction and function decline,and even organ failure,seriously threatening human life and health.In recent years,it has been suggested that the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway may play a regulatory role in the progression of fibrosis in various tissues,so regulating the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway may help to slow down the progression of fibrosis disease or reverse the fibrosis process,but the specific mechanism of action is still unclear.In the future,in-depth study of the mechanism of action and regulatory targets of Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway in fibrosis disease will provide a new strategy for the clinical treatment of fibrosis disease.
