摘  要:缺血性脑卒中的发病率和病死率均较高,严重威胁高龄人群的身体健康。中性粒细胞胞外诱捕网(NETs)是由中性粒细胞分泌的一种胞外网状结构,在急性脑卒中的病理过程中发挥重要作用。NETs通过与中性粒细胞和血小板相互作用促进凝血级联反应,增强血小板的聚集作用和促凝活性,促进血小板黏附和血栓形成;NETs还可促进纤维蛋白变性和结构改变,提高血栓的稳定性和刚性,导致取栓抵抗;此外,NETs可与中性粒细胞共同介导炎症,破坏血管生成和血脑屏障,从而加重脑卒中后神经损伤。因此,NETs可作为缺血性脑卒中的潜在治疗靶点,抑制NETs的形成或促进NETs的降解可有效改善患者预后。Ischemic stroke is a great threat to the health of the elderly population with its high morbidity and mortality.Neutrophil extracellular traps(NETs)as an extracellular meshwork secreted by neutrophils,play an important role in the pathological process of acute stroke.NETs promote the coagulation cascade through interactions with neutrophils and platelets,enhance platelet aggregation and procoagulant activity,and promote platelet adhesion and thrombosis;NETs also promote fibrin deformation and structural changes,and increase thrombus stability and rigidity,causing resistance to thrombectomy;in addition,NETs can work with neutrophils to mediate inflammation and disrupt angiogenesis and the blood-brain barrier,thereby exacerbating post-stroke neurological damage.Thus,NETs could be a potential therapeutic target for ischemic stroke,and inhibiting the formation or promoting the degradation of NETs can effectively improve the prognosis.
