摘 要:膀胱癌是世界上最常见的泌尿系恶性肿瘤之一,其预后差异大,发病机制复杂。经典Wnt信号通路作为机体内复杂的蛋白质相互作用网络,在进化过程中呈高度保守状态,其信号转导异常与恶性肿瘤的发生、进展、耐药及复发等密切相关。经典Wnt信号通路的异常激活与膀胱癌的发生和进展密切相关。经典Wnt信号通路通过与多种分子交互作用调节膀胱癌细胞的增殖、侵袭能力,并决定膀胱癌细胞进展、迁移的命运。因此,阐明经典Wnt信号通路在膀胱癌发生发展中的作用及机制将为膀胱癌的治疗提供更多策略。Bladder cancer is one of the most common urological malignancies in the world,with a highly variable prognosis and complex pathogenesis.The classical Wnt signaling pathway,as a complex protein interaction network in the organism,is highly conserved during evolution,while its signaling abnormalities are closely related to the occurrence,progression,drug resistance and recurrence of malignant tumors.The abnormal activation of the classical Wnt signaling pathway is closely associated with development and progression of bladder cancer,which regulates bladder cancer cell proliferation,and invasiveness by interacting with multiple molecules,and determines the fate of bladder cancer cells in progression and metastasis.Therefore,elucidating the role and mechanism of classical Wnt signaling pathway in the occurrence and development of bladder cancer will provide more therapeutic strategies for bladder cancer treatment.
