摘　　要：肥胖可通过多方面因素促进乳腺癌的发生发展,主要包括胰岛素及胰岛素样生长因子紊乱、炎症细胞因子失衡、雌激素异常增加和瘦素及脂联素异常变化。肥胖是绝经后女性乳腺癌发生发展的促进因素,但部分研究发现绝经前女性肥胖水平与其患乳腺癌风险呈负相关。此外,肥胖治疗相关药物二甲双胍、他汀类药物等的应用可发挥抑制乳腺癌发展的作用。现对肥胖与乳腺癌发生发展相关性及肥胖相关乳腺癌病人的相关治疗进行阐述。Obesity can promote the occurrence and development of breast cancer through many factors,including the disorder of insu⁃lin and insulin-like growth factor,the imbalance of inflammatory cytokines,abnormal increase of estrogen and abnormal changes of leptin and adiponectin.Obesity is a contributing factor to the occurrence and development of breast cancer in postmenopausal women,but some studies have found that the level of obesity in premenopausal women is inversely associated with their risk of breast cancer.In addition,the use of metformin and statins,which are related to the treatment of obesity,can inhibit the development of breast cancer.This article intends to describe the correlation between obesity and the occurrence and development of breast cancer and the related treatment of obesity-related breast cancer patients.
