摘 要:中国车用柴油机已执行国六排放标准,需要使用柴油机氧化催化器(DOC)才能满足法规要求。本文以某款重型柴油机为基础,搭载多通道排放测试发动机台架,对比不同方案DOC对一氧化氮(NO)转化效率、碳氢(HC)起燃、选择性催化还原(SCR)转化效率等影响,得出DOC配方变化对催化器性能影响的规律。结合车用柴油机在不同细分市场的使用需求,给出满足车辆应用及成本最优的差异化DOC方案。Automotive diesel engine is implemented the national six emission standards in China,diesel oxidation catalytic converter(DOC)is required to meet regulatory requirement.This paper is based on a heavy-duty diesel engine,Equipped with multi-channel emission test engine bench.Compare the effects of different DOC schemes on NO conversion efficiency,HC ignition,SCR conversion efficiency and so on,the law of influence of DOC formulation on catalytic converter performance was obtained.Combined with the use of diesel engines in different market segments,the differentiated DOC scheme to meet the vehicle application and cost optimization is presented.
