摘 要:随着汽车“新四化”的技术变革,对新能源汽车工程技术人才培养提出了新的要求。针对当前高校新能源汽车人才培养过程中存在的主要问题,本文以南航金城学院新能源汽车专业为例,从校企协同育人生态体系构建、人才培养方案修订、校企共建课程体系、教学模式改革、双师型师资队伍建设、教学实践基地共建等方面提出了应用型高校深度产教融合的新能源汽车人才培养举措。以期为相关院校在新能源汽车人才培养过程中提供借鉴,培养出产教高度契合的满足现代产业需求的高素质应用型创新人才。With the technological transformation of the"new four modernizations"of automobiles,new requirements have been put forward for the cultivation of new energy vehicle engineering and technical talents.In response to the main problems in the current process of cultivating new energy vehicle talents in universities,this article takes the new energy vehicle major of Jincheng College of Southern Airlines as an example,and proposes measures for cultivating new energy vehicle talents in application-oriented universities through the construction of a collaborative education ecosystem between schools and enterprises,the revision of talent cultivation plans,the co construction of curriculum systems between schools and enterprises,the reform of teaching models,the construction of a dual teacher team,and the co construction of teaching practice bases.In order to provide reference for relevant universities in the process of cultivating new energy vehicle talents,and cultivate high-quality applied innovative talents that meet the needs of modern industries and are highly compatible with production and education.
