调肝熄风镇惊汤联合盐酸硫比利片治疗儿童多发性抽动症肝亢风动证临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察调肝熄风镇惊汤联合盐酸硫比利片治疗儿童多发性抽动症肝亢风动证的临床疗效。方法:80例分为对照组和中医治疗组,两组均用常规西药治疗,中医治疗组加用调肝熄风镇惊汤治疗。结果:中医治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组不自主抽动、发声抽动、烦躁易怒、面红、头胀头晕、胁下胀满中医证候积分相较于治疗前均降低(P<0.05),中医治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组运动性抽动评分、发声性抽动评分和YGTSS评分总分低于治疗前(P<0.05),中医治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组血清DA、NE、GLU水平低于治疗前(P<0.05),且中医治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。中医治疗组血清DA、NE、GLU水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组血清GABA水平高于治疗前(P<0.05),中医治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:调肝熄风镇惊汤联合盐酸硫比利片治疗儿童多发性抽动症肝亢风动证疗效较好。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Tiaogan Xifeng Zhenjing Decoction combined with tiapride hydrochloride tablets in the treatment of liver hyperactivity and wind stirring syndrome in children with Tourette syndrome.Methods:Eighty cases were divided into control group and traditional Chinese medicine treatment group.Both groups were treated with conventional western medicine,and the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group was treated with Tiaogan Xifeng Zhenjing Decoction.Results:The total effective rate of the TCM treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes of involuntary twitching,vocal twitching,irritability,red face,dizziness and hypochondriac fullness in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and those in the TCM treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the total scores of motor tic score,vocal tic score and YGTSS score in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and those in the TCM treatment group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum DA,NE and GLU in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and those in the TCM treatment group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum DA,NE and GLU in the TCM treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum GABA levels of the two groups were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the TCM treatment group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tiaogan Xifeng Zhenjing Decoction combined with tiapride hydrochloride tablets is effective in the treatment of liver hyperactivity and wind stirring syndrome in children with Tourette syndrome.
