摘 要:以NN型少齿差摆线减速器为研究对象,分析其结构原理及传动特性,考虑到变形协调作用,设计了少齿差刚柔复合齿轮副,在齿轮啮合传动过程中引入柔性部件,使弹性体能够吸收齿轮传动中的振动冲击并传递一部分力矩,并使用有限元进行静态啮合特性分析。在ANSYS Workbench中建立刚柔复合摆线齿轮副有限元模型,分析聚氨酯弹性体的弹性模量最小值,改变齿轮副结构参数,对刚柔复合摆线齿轮副进行轮齿啮合应力分析,并分析参数变化对齿面接触力大小的影响规律。This paper takes NN cycloidal reducer with small tooth difference as the research object,its structural principle and transmission characteristics are analyzed.The rigid-flexible compound gear pair with small tooth difference is designed by considering the effect of the deformation coordination.Flexible components are introduced in the process of gear meshing transmission to enable the elastomer to absorb the vibration shock in gear transmission and transfer part of the torque,and the finite element method is used to analyze the static meshing characteristics of the gear pair.The finite element model of the rigid-flexible compound cycloid gear pair is established in ANSYS Workbench,minimum elastic modulus of polyurethane elastomer is analyzed,and the structural parameters of the gear pair are changed.The tooth meshing stress of the rigid-flexible compound cycloid gear pair is analyzed,and the influence law of structural parameter changes on the size of contact force of the tooth surface is analyzed.
