摘  要:【目的】利用ISSR分子标记技术对桂林50份古茶树资源的遗传多样性与亲缘关系进行研究,以期全面了解其基因特征,为桂林茶树种质资源评价与鉴定、种质资源筛选、资源保护与利用等提供参考。【方法】用13条引物对桂林50份古茶树单株资源和12份良种资源的遗传多样性进行分析。【结果】13条引物扩增出223条条带,210条条带具有多态性,多态性比率为94.17%,表明桂林古茶树具有丰富的遗传多样性。【结论】桂林古茶树多集中在龙胜各族自治县—资源县—兴安县一带,存在基因交流现象,遗传距离相对短。【Objective】ISSR molecular marker technology was applied to study the genetic diversity and genetic relationship of 50 ancient tea resources in Guilin,in order to fully understand their genetic characteristics,and provide reference for the evaluation and identification of tea germplasm resources,germplasm resources screening,resource protection and utilization in Guilin.【Method】The genetic diversity of 50 ancient tea plant resources and 12 improved variety resources in Guilin was analyzed by 13 primers.【Result】Thirteen primers amplified 223 bands,210 bands were polymorphic,with a polymorphism ratio of 94.17%,indicating that Guilin ancient tea trees have rich genetic diversity.【Conclusion】Guilin ancient tree tea is mostly concentrated in Longsheng County-Ziyuan County-Xing'an County.There is a phenomenon of gene exchange and the genetic distance is relatively short.
