摘　　要：西门子数控系统与PLC的集成通信技术在工业生产自动化领域中有着广泛的应用。以西门子S7-1200型PLC为例,基于其通信协议制定与数控系统匹配的集成方案,从硬件选择、通信程序优化、网络配置等方面着手进行通信方案的优化,可有效提升自动化控制系统的智能化控制水平。The integrated communication technology between Siemens CNC system and PLC has a wide range of applications in the field of industrial production automation.Taking Siemens S7-1200 PLC as an example,a targeted integration plan is developed based on its communication protocol.The optimization of the communication plan is carried out from the aspects of hardware selection,communication program optimization,network configuration,etc.,effectively improving the intelligent control level of automation control systems.
