摘 要:通过对同一条件的华山松种子采取不同的贮藏方法(普通干藏法、常温密封千藏法、低温密封干藏法),经过半年贮藏后做发芽率测试。结果表明,华山松种子三种不同贮藏方法贮藏后的发芽率分别为62%、77%和91%。通过分析得出不同藏方法下,入库状况相同的华山松种子在贮藏过程中老化和劣变情况不同,而低温密封干藏法是华山松种子贮藏最佳方法。Different storage methods(common dry storage method,sealed dry storage method at normal temperature,sealed dry storage method at low temperature)were adopted for Pinus huasanensis seeds under the same conditions under different storage methods in this paper.After half a year of storage,the germination rate was tested.The results showed that the germination rates of Pinus huasanensis seeds after three different storage methods were 62%,77%and 91%.The results showed that the aging and deterioration of Pinus huashan seeds with the same storage condition were different under different storage methods,and the low temperature sealed dry storage method was the best storage method for Pinus Huashan seeds.
