摘  要:随着经济体制的改变,食品企业迅速发展,同时食品安全引起了社会的极大关注。国家高度重视食品安全问题,公安机关为保障百姓食品安全,应立足行业分析问题,从而应对食品领域犯罪风险冲击。为此,本研究基于VOSviewer软件重点对食品领域犯罪研究的相关文献进行计量学分析。揭示了历年发文数量、关键词和主题聚类共现情况,以系统认识食品领域犯罪的现状和发展趋势,有效帮助公安机关构建防治策略与保障人民食品安全。面向未来,我国应从法律、人员、机制、环境四个层面探究食品领域犯罪的防治对策,旨在为中国食品安全研究提供指引与参考。With the change of economic system,food enterprises have been developing rapidly,and food safety has attracted great attention from the society.The country attaches great importance to food safety.In order to protect food safety for people,the public security organs should analyze problems based on the food industry to respond to the impact of the related criminal risks.Therefore,based on VOSviewer software,this study metrologically analyzes the relevant literature on crimes in food field.The result reveals the number of publications,keywords and thematic clustering co-occurrence over the years,helping to have a systematical understanding of the current situation and development trends of crimes in the food industry,and effectively assist public security organs in building prevention and control strategies to ensure people's food safety.In the future,China should explore prevention and control measures for food-related crimes from four aspects:law,personnel,mechanism,and environment,aiming to provide guidance and reference for China's food safety research.
