摘  要:二高线C润滑主要给NTM、RSM、吐丝机、夹送辊等关键进口设备提供润滑。进水油品乳化、带入杂物油品污染,轴承磨损、锈蚀导致轧机使用寿命降低。轧制温度高油品黏度急剧下降,导致轧机轴承、油膜轴承烧损。针对以上问题提出在二高线C润滑增设旁循环系统,保证摩根(MORGAN)轧机设备正常运行。The C lubrication of the second high line mainly provides lubrication for key imported equipment such as NTM,RSM,spinning machine and pinch roll.The service life of the rolling mill is reduced due to the emulsification of incoming oil,the pollution of foreign oil,the wear and corrosion of bearings.The rolling temperature is high and the oil viscosity drops sharply,resulting in the burning loss of rolling mill bearings and oil film bearings.In view of the above problems,this paper proposed to add a side circulation system in the C lubrication of the second high line to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
