摘　　要：慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)是常见的消化系统疾病,且常常肠上皮化生和异型增生合并出现,严重威胁患者的身体健康。其发病机制尚未完全明确,病情复杂。目前,临床上采用中医、西医及中西医结合治疗CAG,可在一定程度改善患者的症状。本文综述CAG的中西医治疗进展,希望对该病在临床诊治上有所帮助。Chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)is a common disease of digestive system,and it often occurs in combination with intestinal epithelium metaplasia and dysplasia,which seriously threatens the health of patients.The pathogenesis of the disease is not completely clear,and the disease is complicated.At present,the clinical use of traditional Chinese medicine,western medicine,and the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine to treat CAG,it can improve the symptoms of patients to a certain extent.This article reviews the progress of Chinese and western medicine treatment of CAG,hoping to help the clinical diagnosis and treatment of CAG.
