摘  要:临床前模型往往不能捕捉人类恶性肿瘤的不同异质性,因此缺乏临床预测能力。患者来源的肿瘤异种移植(PDX)已经成为一种强大的技术:能够保留其原始样本的分子异质性。其中,肾包膜下异种移植技术是一种在动物体内建立人类癌症模型的方法,近年来受到越来越多的关注。基于这种技术,医学研究人员可以通过将从患者体内取得的原发肿瘤移植到小鼠肾包膜下,再通过小鼠体内长期的繁殖和观察,来研究癌症的生物学特性、组织学特征和治疗反应等。此篇综述了近年来该技术在临床和基础医学研究中的进展和应用,展现了其在肿瘤治疗和研究领域中的优势,为临床和基础研究人员在肿瘤防治研究方面提供参考。Objective:Preclinical models often fail to capture the different heterogeneity of human malignant tumors,thus lacking clinical predictive ability.Patient derived tumor xenotransplantation(PDX)has become a powerful technique that preserves the molecular heterogeneity of its original samples.Among them,renal subcapsular xenotransplantation technology is a method of establishing a human cancer model in animals,which has received increasing attention in recent years.Based on this technology,medical researchers can study the biological characteristics,histological characteristics,and treatment responses of cancer by transplanting primary tumors obtained from patients into the renal capsule of mice,and then observing long-term reproduction and observation in mice.The article reviewed the progress and application of this technology in clinical and basic medical research in recent years,showcasing its advantages in the field of tumor treatment and research,providing reference for clinical and basic researchers in tumor prevention and treatment research.
