摘 要:当前的水情遥测节点的设置多为独立的,遥测的覆盖范围较小,导致水情遥测均值差增加。为此提出对现代水文信息技术在水情遥测中的应用研究。根据实际的遥测应用需求及标准,先进行周期性水文数据信息采集,采用多目标的方式,扩大遥测的覆盖范围,设置多目标GIS遥测节点,以此为基础,构建现代水文信息水情遥测处理模型,采用PSTN遥测数据传输及解析实现应用。测试结果表明:对比于设定传统DEM数据水情遥测应用测试组、传统聚类测算水情遥测应用测试组,此次所设计的现代水文信息水情遥测应用测试组最终得出的水情遥测均值差被较好地控制在0.25以下,说明在现代水文信息技术的辅助和支持下,对于石泉水库各周期水情的遥测处理速度及质量明显提升,误差可控,具有实际的应用价值。At present,the setting of hydrological telemetry nodes is mostly independent,and the coverage of telemetry is small,which leads to the increase of the mean difference of hydrological telemetry.Therefore,the application of modern hydrological information technology in hydrological telemetry is proposed.According to the actual telemetry application requirements and standards,the periodic hydrological data information collection is carried out first.The multi-objective method is used to expand the coverage of telemetry,and the multi-objective GIS telemetry node is set up.Based on this,the modern hydrological information hydrological telemetry processing model is constructed,and the PSTN telemetry data transmission and analysis are used to realize the application.The test results show that compared with the traditional DEM data hydrological telemetry application test group and the traditional cluster measurement hydrological telemetry application test group,the mean difference of hydrological telemetry obtained by the designed modern hydrological information hydrological telemetry application test group is better controlled below 0.25,indicating that with the assistance and support of modern hydrological information technology,the speed and quality of hydrological telemetry processing in each cycle of Shiquan Reservoir are significantly improved,the error is controllable,and it has practical application value.
