乡村振兴战略背景下高素质农民数字化培育策略研究

摘　　要：当前我国农业正面临着以智能技术、大数据、物联网等为特征的科技转型升级的关键时期,是现代农业建设向数字化、智能化转型升级加速冲刺的关键阶段,但当前乡村农民数字化素养及能力的缺乏严重制约农业数字化转型,迫切需要大批数字化乡村人力资本来补齐农业现代化发展短板。因此,如何加大农业科技培训力度,探索高素质农民数字化培育有效策略,夯实农业数字化转型人才支撑,是农业现代化数字转型升级亟需解决的困境和难题。该研究立足已有研究现状和基础上,针对培训内容不精准、培训手段单一、培训师资力量薄弱等实践困境,从培训规划、培训内容、师资条件、教学课堂、教学场景和数农平台6个方面革新培育策略,积极推进高素质农民数字化培育工作。At present,China's agriculture is facing a critical period of scientific and technological transformation and upgrading characterized by intelligent technology,big data and the Internet of things,which is the key stage of accelerating the transformation and upgrading of modern agriculture to digitalization and intelligence.However,the current lack of digital literacy and ability of rural farmers has seriously restricted the digital transformation of agriculture,and there is an urgent need for a large number of digital rural human capital to make up for the shortcomings of agricultural modernization.Therefore,how to strengthen the training of agricultural science and technology,explore the effective strategies of digital cultivation of high-quality farmers,and consolidate the talent support of agricultural digital transformation are the dilemmas and problems that need to be solved in the digital transformation and upgrading of agricultural modernization.Based on the existing research status and basis,this study aims at the practical difficulties such as inaccurate training content,single training means,weak training teachers and so on.We will actively promote the digital cultivation of high-quality farmers from six aspects:training planning,training content,teachers'conditions,teaching classroom,teaching scene and agricultural platform.
