摘 要:人才培养质量是衡量高等教育整体水平的关键,以学生视角分析西部高校人才培养过程的质量差距,对西部高等教育高质量发展具有重要意义。基于顾客满意度差距理论,构建了高等教育服务质量评价“差距模型”,对以S大学为代表的西部高校选派的国内联合培养学生进行访谈,应用“差距模型”比较分析西部高校与国内优质教育资源院校在人才培养过程中存在的差距,结果表明,西部高校课程安排以院校为主导,课程教学以教师为中心,课程评价多为终结性评价;西部高校存在师资队伍与物质资源的双重匮乏;西部高校多以外部约束进行学风建设,第二课堂活动较为单一。西部高校高质量发展应以学生收获为核心革新教育教学,以学生需求为核心弥补资源弱势,以学生体验为核心更新管理理念。The quality of talent training is the key to measure the overall level of higher education.It is of great significance to analyze the quality gap in the process of talent training in western universities from the perspective of students for the high-quality development of western higher education.Based on the theory of customer satisfaction gap,the author constructs a“gap model”for evaluating the service quality of higher education,interviews the domestic jointly trained students selected by western universities represented by S university,and compares and analyzes the gap of talent training between western universities and domestic universi-ties with high-quality educational resources by using the“gap model”,and draws the following conclusions.The curriculum arrange-ment of western universities is dominated by institutions.The curriculum teaching is centered by teachers,and the curriculum evalu-ation is mostly final evaluation.There is a double shortage of teachers and material resources in western universities.Western uni-versities mostly use external constraints to build the style of study,and the second classroom activities are single.The high-quality development of western universities should focus on students’harvest to innovate education and teaching,on students’needs to make up for the weak resources,and on students’experience to update management concepts.
