摘  要:济南某复杂综合体项目由两座约90m高塔楼+大底盘商业裙房+低区U形幕墙+高区拱形连桥组成,高区连体建筑采用铅芯橡胶隔震支座与塔楼相连,低区采用两端固定铰支座与塔楼相连,为大底盘多塔复杂连体结构。塔楼采用钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒结构体系,高区拱形连桥采用钢结构空腹桁架结构体系,低区U形幕墙采用劲性索体系。针对工程特点,着重阐述了大底盘裙房不分缝可行性及低、高区弱连体的合理支座形式,提出了采用两端固定铰U形劲性索的弱连体新形式。结果表明:低区U形幕墙采用两端固定铰连接形式,高区连桥采用铅芯橡胶隔震支座连接形式均能较好地实现弱连接,保证塔楼和连桥的抗震性能。A complex complex project in Jinan consists of two approximately 90m high towers,a large base commercial podium,a low area U-shaped waterfall curtain wall,and a high area arched connecting bridge.The high area connected building is connected to the tower with lead rubber isolation bearings,and the low area is connected to the tower with fixed hinge bearings at both ends,which is a large chassis multi tower complex connected structure.The tower adopts reinforced concrete frame-core tube structure system,the steel structure vierendeel truss structure system is used for the high area arched connection bridge,and the rigid cable system is used for the U-shaped curtain wall in the low area.In view of the characteristics of this project,the feasibility of large chassis podium without dividing seams and the support form of weak connection in low and high areas were emphatically expounded,and the new form of weak connection using U-shaped stiff cable with fixed hinges at both ends was proposed.The results show that the low area U-shaped curtain wall adopts a fixed hinge connection form at both ends,and the high area connecting bridge adopts a lead core rubber isolation bearing connection form,which can achieve weak connection and ensure the seismic performance of the tower and connecting bridge.
