摘　　要：SFXN是一种在真核生物中高度保守的多次跨膜线粒体蛋白,属于线粒体载体家族的成员。在人类细胞中,SFXN家族由5种蛋白SFXN1~5组成,其功能与铁稳态、氨基酸代谢和三羧酸循环紧密相关。SFXN基因突变所致的表达异常与癌症、神经退行性疾病的发生发展密切相关。本文主要总结和归纳了SFXN家族蛋白的定位、线粒体转运和生理功能,并介绍了其在癌症、神经退行性疾病及线粒体疾病中的最新研究进展。SFXN is a highly conserved multi-transmembrane mitochondrial protein in eukaryotes,belonging to the mitochondrial vector family.In human cells,the SFXN family comprises five proteins,i.e.,SFXN1~5,whose functions are closely related to i ron homeostasis,amino acid metabolism,and tricarboxylic acid cycle.The expression abnormalities caused by SFXN gene mutations are closely related to the occurrence and development of cancer and neurodegenerative diseases.This review mainly summarizes the localization,mitochondrial transport,and physiological functions of SFXN family proteins,and introduces the latest research progress about its roles in cancer,neurodegenerative diseases,and mitochondrial diseases.
