摘　　要：文章基于扎根理论分析公共图书馆健康信息服务质量评价要素,在此基础上构建公共图书馆健康信息服务质量评价指标体系,并以我国10家公共图书馆为研究对象,开展公共图书馆健康信息服务质量评价实证研究,据此提出基于信息生态学理论视角的公共图书馆健康信息服务策略,即加强信息服务主体建设,提升用户健康信息素养;注重健康信息资源质量,提升健康信息服务水平;加大信息技术投入力度,关注用户信息技术体验与安全保护;推动信息服务平台建设,夯实健康信息服务环境基础。This article analyzes the evaluation elements of health information service quality of public library based on grounded theory,constructs a health information service quality evaluation system of public library,and selects 10 public libraries in China as research objects to conduct empirical research on the quality evaluation of public library health information service.Based on this,it proposes health information service strategies for public libraries based on the perspective of information ecology theory,such as strengthening the construction of information service subjects and improving users'health information literacy;paying attention to the quality of health information resources and improving the level of health information services;increasing investment in information technology and paying attention to usering information technology experience and security protection;promoting the construction of information service platforms and consolidating the health information service environment basis.
