摘  要:稻麦联合收割机变频驱动液压泵,作为收割机液压系统中重要的动力元件,其在工作中存在非线性时变特征干扰,控制过程中存在的强扰动一直是需要解决的难点,提出一种稻麦联合收割机变频驱动液压控制方法。针对非线性时变特征带来的强扰动问题,设计了降阶负载扰动观测器与转速模糊控制器。将降阶负载扰动观测器、转速模糊控制器与工控计算机、变频器、发动机、液压泵等组件结合起来,构建了强干扰下变频驱动液压泵的自动化控制方法,实现了对液压系统中压力和流量的精确控制。实验结果表明:由该技术控制的收割机转速与流量相对稳定,具有较强的抗干扰性,泵出口压力与最大负载压力的压差较小,高度拟合,且几乎没有溢流损耗,节能效果显著。The variable frequency drive hydraulic pump of a rice wheat combine harvester,as an important power component in the hydraulic system of the harvester,has nonlinear and time-varying characteristic interference during operation.The strong disturbance in the control process has always been a difficult point that needs to be solved.Propose a variable frequency drive hydraulic control method for rice and wheat combine harvesters.A reduced order load disturbance observer and a speed fuzzy controller were designed to address the strong disturbance problem caused by nonlinear time-varying features.By combining the reduced order load disturbance observer,speed fuzzy controller,industrial control computer,frequency converter,engine,hydraulic pump and other components,an automated control method for variable frequency drive hydraulic pump has been constructed.Accurate control of pressure and flow in the hydraulic system has been achieved.The experimental results show that the speed and flow rate of the harvester controlled by this technology are relatively stable,with strong anti-interference ability.The pressure difference between the pump outlet pressure and the maximum load pressure is small,highly fitting,and there is almost no overflow loss.The energy-saving effect is significant.
