摘　　要：家族创业作为一种普遍且重要的经济活动,受到学者广泛关注。但学术界目前还缺乏对家族创业研究现状与理论进展的系统总结,尤其是缺乏一个家族创业研究的整合体系。在家族创业概念界定和国内外研究总体状况分析基础上,本文从研究主题、研究视角、理论基础、研究方法四个维度构建了家族创业研究的整合体系,基于“影响因素—中介机制/调节机制—影响结果”的逻辑梳理了家族创业形成、治理、决策与效应的研究内容,并借鉴文献计量法将家族创业研究的理论演进历程归纳为理论探索、理论融合、理论深化三个阶段。最后,本文基于现有研究状况,从家族创业的主题拓展、理论整合和中国本土化三个方面提出未来研究方向。研究结果丰富了家族创业研究的理论基础和框架体系,对推动家族创业的深化发展具有重要意义。The founding of the family firm originated from the entrepreneurial activities of the family or kindred.Until the post-industrial society,this phenomenon of family members as the main body to create business activities is still very common.Family entrepreneurship is an essential economic phenomenon,which creates a large number of jobs and promotes the economic vitality of a country or region.In recent years,this activity has attracted more and more attention from scholars at home and abroad.Based on the existing research,some scholars have reviewed the current status of family entrepreneurship.First,they take a specific topic of family entrepreneurship research as an entry point to develop a literature review.This type of research is conducive to promoting the refinement of family entrepreneurship research,but it is difficult to provide a global overview of family entrepreneurship because it does not provide a systematic review.Second,based on bibliometrics,they depict the periodical distribution and co-citation of authors in family entrepreneurship research in different periods,and summarizes the potential topic clusters and research questions.This type of research is conducive to grasping the development of family entrepreneurship and research trends,but lacks indepth analysis and discussion of representative literature and specific research content.Third,they attempt to provide a systematic review of the state of family entrepreneurship research.It is not difficult to find that the academic community still lacks a systematic summary of the current status and theoretical progress of family entrepreneurship research,especially an integrated system of family entrepreneurship.On the basis of analyzing the definition of the concept of family entrepreneurship and the general status of domestic and foreign research,this paper constructs an integrated system of family entrepreneurship research based on four dimensions:research theme,research perspective,theoretical foundation,and research methodology.We define family
