摘 要:针对线路级铁路桥梁三维设计交底现有实现方法存在时间人力成本高、模型兼容性差、设计信息缺失等问题,本文提出一种三维设计交底快速实现方法。首先创建与桥梁设计系统相关联的固定数据结构设计表单,通过解析表单快速获取桥梁设计数据;然后基于AnyCAD定义参数化构件单元,搭建参数化构件库,通过建立构件与设计参数之间的映射匹配关系,实现自动批量参数化建模;提出构件定位参数计算方法,实现模型沿线位自动定位装配;模型成果与GIS(Geographic Information System)平台兼容性较好且自动修正坐标系转换误差,实现自动批量导入。结果表明,在实际工程中,采用该方法后模型构建效率可达每人150 km/d,且桥梁数字模型与设计参数一一绑定,能为线路级铁路桥梁三维设计交底提供了高效解决方案。This article has proposed a fast implementation method for 3D design disclosure of line-class railway bridges,which addresses problems such as high time and manpower costs,poor model compatibility,and missing design information in existing implementation methods.Firstly,a fixed data structure design form associated with the bridge design system was established,and the bridge design data were quickly obtained by parsing the form.Then,based on AnyCAD,the parameterized component units were defined,and a parameterized component library was established.By establishing the mapping and matching relationship between components and design parameters,automatic batch parameterized modeling was achieved.A calculation method for component positioning parameters was proposed,and the automatic positioning assembly of the model along the line was realized.The model results have good compatibility with the GIS(Geographic Information System)platform and automatically correct coordinate system conversion errors,achieving automatic batch import.The results show that in practical engineering,the model construction efficiency can reach 150 km/d per person after adopting this method,and the digital model of the bridge is bound to the design parameters one by one,providing an efficient solution for the three-dimensional design disclosure of railway bridges at the line level.
