摘　　要：外泌体是源于胞内的双层膜结构的胞外囊泡,文献报道外泌体中部分miRNA、mRNA、lncRNA、蛋白质的含量在肾癌患者中明显高于健康对照,肾癌外泌体中的这些物质可能有助于肾癌的诊断。本文就外泌体在肾癌诊断中的研究进展进行综述。Exosomes are extracellular vesicles derived from the bilayer membrane structure of the cell.It has been reported that the contents of some miRNA,mRNA,lncRNA and protein in exosomes are different between renal cell carcinoma patients and healthy controls,and the differences are statistically significant.These substances in renal cell carcinoma exosomes may be helpful for the diagnosis of renal cell carcinoma which may improve the early diagnosis rate of renal cancer.This article reviews the research progress of exosomes in the diagnosis of renal cell carcinoma.
