摘　　要：人表皮生长因子受体2(HER2)、程序性死亡受体1、程序性死亡受体配体1与多种肿瘤细胞的增殖、侵袭和转移相关, 靶向HER2的多种抗体及小分子药物已在临床取得可观的结果, 针对程序性死亡受体1、程序性死亡受体配体1的免疫检查点抑制剂在临床应用中效果显著。在KEYNOTE-811试验中, 免疫检查点抑制剂与靶向治疗的联合应用在HER2阳性进展期胃癌中取得了令人振奋的结果。Human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(HER2),programmed death-1 and programmed death-ligand 1 are related to the proliferation,invasion and metastasis of various tumor cells.A variety of antibodies and small molecule drugs targeting HER2 have achieved considerable results in clinical practice.Immune checkpoint inhibitors targeting programmed death-1 and programmed death-ligand 1 have significant effects in clinical application.In the KEYNOTE-811 trial,the combination of immune checkpoint inhibitors and targeted therapy has achieved encouraging results in HER2-positive advanced gastric cancer.
