摘　　要：目的探讨基于PDCA循环的肺康复训练对肺癌围手术期患者肺康复效果的影响。方法选取2022年4月—2022年12月福建省某三级甲等肿瘤专科医院胸部肿瘤外科78例行肺癌根治术的患者作为研究对象,运用随机数字表法分为对照组(39例)与试验组(39例)。对照组进行常规的肺康复训练,试验组进行基于PDCA循环的肺康复训练,之后对两组患者干预效果进行对比分析。结果试验组患者术后发热及肺部并发症的发生率均低于对照组(均P<0.05);试验组术后6分钟步行距离远于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于PDCA循环的肺康复训练能减少肺癌患者术后肺部并发症的发生,提高其运动耐量。Objective To explore the impact of lung rehabilitation training based on PDCA cycle on the pulmonary rehabilitation effect of perioperative lung cancer patients.Methods Seventy-eight patients who underwent radical lung cancer surgery in the Department of Thoracic Oncology of a tertiary A-class specialized oncology hospital in Fujian Province from April 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the control group(39 cases)and the experimental group(39 cases)by applying the method of randomized numerical table.The control group carried out conventional pulmonary rehabilitation training,and the experimental group carried out pulmonary rehabilitation training based on the PDCA cycle,after which the intervention effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The incidence of postoperative fever and pulmonary complications in patients in the test group was lower than that in the control group(both P<0.05);the 6-minute postoperative walking distance in the test group was much longer than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Pulmonary rehabilitation training based on PDCA cycle can reduce the incidence of postoperative pulmonary complications in lung cancer patients and improve their exercise tolerance.
