克拉霉素联合替硝唑治疗小儿胃炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨克拉霉素与替硝唑联合应用在小儿胃炎中的临床价值。方法选择我院2020年2月—2021年10月收治的小儿胃炎患儿62例作为本研究的研究对象,以随机数字表法的形式将患儿分为观察组和对照组,各31例,对照组应用阿莫西林与替硝唑联合治疗,观察组应用克拉霉素与替硝唑联合治疗,比较两组的临床总有效率、各项症状改善的时间及住院时间以及不良反应的发生情况。结果观察组临床治疗总有效率(93.55%)高于对照组(67.74%)(P<0.05);观察组呕吐改善、上腹痛改善、纳差改善与住院康复所用时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率(6.45%)低于对照组(25.80%)(P<0.05)。结论应用克拉霉素与替硝唑联合对小儿胃炎患儿进行治疗的效果显著,不仅能够改善患儿临床症状,而且不良反应也较少,同时可缩短症状改善时间,促进患儿康复,安全性高。Objective To explore the clinical value of clarithromycin combined with tinidazole in the treatment of pediaric gastritis.Methods Sixty-two cases of pediatric gastritis admitted to our hospital from February 2020 to October 2021 were selected as the subjects of this study,and the children were grouped in the form of randomized numerical table method,with 31 cases each in the observation group and the control group,the control group was treated with amoxicillin and tinidazole,and the observation group was treated with clarithromycin and tinidazole.Comparison of the overall clinical effectiveness rate,time to improvement of each symptom and length of hospitalization,as well as the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group(93.55%)was higher than that in the control group(67.74%)(P<0.05);the improvement time of vomiting,epigastric pain,nausea and hospitalization and recovery time in the observation group were shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05);and the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group(6.45%)was lower than that in the control group(25.80%)(P<0.05).Conclusions The combined treatment of clarithromycin and tinidazole in children with pediatric gastritis has a significant effect,which can improve clinical symptoms with less adverse reactions,shorten the time of symptom improvement,promote the rehabilitation of children,and have high safety.
