摘　　要：乳腺肉瘤是一种罕见的乳腺疾病,是一组起源于乳腺间叶组织的恶性肿瘤。因其具有独特的病史、治疗反应和预后,所以必须为这一类型肿瘤制订不同的诊断方法和治疗策略。由于该疾病罕见,目前对乳腺肉瘤的了解有限,主要是基于小的回顾性研究或病例报道。因此,治疗方法一般参考从其他软组织肉瘤的随机对照试验中得出结论。文章就乳腺肉瘤的病因、诊断方法、治疗策略和预后进行综述,并为寻求新的诊断治疗方法提供思路。Breast sarcoma is a rare breast disease,which is a group of malignant tumors originated from the mesenchymal tissue of the breast.Because of its unique medical history,treatment response and prognosis,it is necessary to develop different diagnostic methods and treatment strategies for this type of tumor.Because of its rarity,the current understanding of breast sarcoma is limited,mainly based on small retrospective studies or case reports.Therefore,the treatment generally refers to the conclusions drawn from randomized controlled trials of other soft tissue sarcomas.This article describes the etiology,diagnosis,treatment strategy and prognosis of breast sarcoma,and provides ideas for seeking new treatment methods.
