摘　　要：每一位导师都肩负着培养国家高层次人才和促进创新创造的使命,他们是研究生教育的首要责任人。“构建学术共同体、做学生引路人”是成为一名合格的研究生导师的必由之路。导师与研究生之间相互尊重、相互理解,共同营造和谐的大学文化,是世界一流大学建设的重要文化基础和制度支撑。文章首先界定“研究生-导师学术共同体”核心概念,然后指出“研究生-导师学术共同体”构建对研究生的学术指导、个人发展、学术资源、专业网络和学术声誉等方面具有重要帮助,最后探讨构建“研究生-导师学术共同体”应遵循的三个原则,即“求同存异”“兼容并包”“模范引领”。Every mentor shoulders the mission of cultivating high-level talents and promoting innovation and creation in the country,and they are the primary responsible persons for graduate education.Building an academic community and being a guide for students is the only way to become a qualified graduate supervisor.Mutual respect and understanding between mentors and graduate students,and the joint creation of a harmonious university culture,are important cultural foundations and institutional support for the construction of world-class universities.The article first defines the core concept of the"students and mentors academic community",and then points out that the construction of the"students and mentors academic community"is of great help to the academic guidance,personal development,academic resources,professional network,and academic reputation of graduate students.Finally,it explores the three principles that should be followed in building the"students and mentors academic community",namely"seeking common ground while reserving differences","inclusive and inclusive",and"model guidance".
