以结节、溃疡为表现的皮肤假性淋巴瘤一例

摘　　要：患儿,女,6岁。左手拇指结节伴破溃1个月余。皮肤科检查:左手拇指内侧缘可见直径约1.5 cm大小圆形孤立结节,中央可见破溃、渗出,周边环状略隆起,局部见褐色痂皮附着,质地稍硬,伴触痛。组织病理及和免疫组化诊断为假性淋巴瘤。A 6-year-old girl presented with tubercle on the left thumb with ulceration for more than 1 month.Dermatology showed a solitary circular nodule with a diameter of about 1.5 cm at the medial margin of the left thumb,with ulceration and exudation in the center,slightly raised in the surrounding ring,and brown scab attached locally with slightly hard texture and tenderness.The patient was diagnosed as pseudolymphoma by histopathology and immunohistochemistry.
