摘  要:动脉粥样硬化是常见的心血管疾病,患病率显著,社会负担重。脾虚失运、肾元匮乏是动脉粥样硬化发病的重要机制。近年来的研究发现,线粒体能量代谢障碍与动脉粥样硬化发病具有密切的联系。中医“脾”“肾”与线粒体的功能具有广泛的关联,脾虚失运、肾元匮乏伴随着线粒体能量代谢障碍。采用健脾、补肾疗法可以减少和延缓动脉粥样硬化,且改善线粒体能量代谢功能。因此,该文基于线粒体能量代谢障碍,探讨从“脾肾论治”动脉粥样硬化的机制,为治疗动脉粥样硬化提供治疗思路。Atherosclerosis is a common cardiovascular disease with significant prevalence and heavy social burden.Spleen deficiency and kidney deficiency are important mechanisms of atherosclerosis.Recent studies have found that mitochondrial energy metabolism disorder is closely related to the pathogenesis of atherosclerosis.“Spleen”and“kidney”in traditional Chinese medicine are widely related to the function of mitochondria.Spleen deficiency and kidney deficiency are accompanied by mitochondrial energy metabolism disorders.Spleen-strengthening and kidney-tonifying therapy can reduce and delay atherosclerosis and improve mitochondrial energy metabolism.Therefore,based on the disorder of mitochondrial energy metabolism,this paper discussed the mechanism of“spleen and kidney treatment”of atherosclerosis,so as to provide therapeutic ideas for the treatment of atherosclerosis.
