摘　　要：在中共河南省委、河南省人民政府深入实施创新驱动、科教兴省、人才强省战略支撑下,河南省高新技术企业积极探索创新发展之路,涌现出在全国甚至全球同行业颇具影响力的一批企业,为河南省形成新质生产力赋能助力.其中,多氟多企业在新能源和电子新材料等领域大胆探索,走出具有自己特色的创新发展之路.多氟多创新发展的显著特点是面向国家战略需要、聚焦核心技术、激发人才创新活力、促进产学研用深度融合,强化管理创新.通过创新发展,多氟多实现了从传统氟化工向新能源、电子新材料等领域的转型发展,完成从“跟跑者”向“领跑者”的飞跃.从多氟多企业的成功探索,可以得到有益的启示:重视创新,做强主业,积极参与国际标准制定,高度重视创新人才,加快产业技术迭代升级.从而提出河南省高新技术企业高质量创新发展之策:强化创新意识,打造企业核心竞争力,激发人才团队的创新活力,稳步提升企业创新能力,重视政企协同创新.With the support of implementing the strategies of innovation-driven,rejuvenating the province through science and education,and strengthening the province through talents by the CPC Henan Provincial Committee and the Henan Provincial People’s Government,the high-tech enterprises in Henan Province have actively explored the way of innovation and development,and emerged a number of enterprises that are influential in their industry in China and even in the world,contributing to the formation of new quality productivity in Henan Province.Among them,DFD has boldly explored in the fields of new energy and electronic new materials,establishing a unique path of innovation and development.Notably,DFD emphasizes meeting national needs,prioritizing core technologies,fostering talent innovation,facilitating industry-university-research collaboration,and enhancing management practices.This innovative approach has enabled DFD to transition from the traditional fluorine chemical industry to new energy and electronic materials,positioning themselves as leaders in their fields.Key learnings from DFD’s success include emphasizing innovation,strengthening core business functions,active engagement in setting international standards,fostering innovative talent,and driving continuous industrial technology improvements.To foster high-quality innovation and development among high-tech enterprises in the province,it is crucial to heighten innovation awareness,enhance core competitiveness,drive talent innovation,continuously enhance innovation capabilities,and encourage government-enterprise collaboration.
