摘　　要：目的:探讨母亲的依恋模式和心理弹性对青少年非自杀性自伤的影响。方法:纳入2019年1月至2019年7月安徽省精神卫生中心门诊及住院存在的57例非自杀性自伤行为的青少年及其母亲为研究组,以53名年龄、性别、受教育程度相匹配的健康青少年及其母亲为对照组,采用青少年自我伤害问卷、亲密关系经历量表(ECR)和心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)进行测评。结果:研究组在依恋模式各维度得分和总分均高于对照组,在心理弹性各维度得分和总分均低于对照组(P均<0.05);母亲依恋模式总分和各维度得分与青少年自伤行为呈正相关,心理弹性总分和各维度得分与青少年自伤行为呈负相关(P均<0.05);Logistic回归分析结果显示母亲存不安全依恋(B=2.56,P<0.001)、低心理弹性(B=1.94,P<0.001)青少年出现非自杀性自伤风险较大。结论:母亲不安全型依恋模式和低心理弹性可能是青少年非自杀性自伤的危险因素。Objective:To explore the influence of maternal attachment and psychological resilience on adolescents'risk of non-suicidal self-injury.Method:Fifty-seven outpatients and hospital patients in Anhui Mental Health Center from January 2019 to July 2019 with non-suicidal self-injury(NSSI)and their mothers were involved as the case group,and fifty-three age-,gender-,and education-matched healthy adolescents and their mothers as the normal controls.They were assessed with the adolescents self-harm scale,the experience in close relationship inventory(ECR)and the Conner-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC).Results:The study group scored higher in the total attachment score and each dimension than the control group,and was lower in the total score of psychological resilience and each dimension(all P<0.05);adolescent self-injury behavior was positively associated with maternal attachment anxiety,attachment avoidance and total attachment score,and was negatively associated with tenacity,strength,optimism score and psychological resilience total score(all P<0.05);Logistic regression analysis showed that unsafe maternal attachment(B=2.56,P<0.001)and the lower psychological resilience level(B=1.94,P<0.001)could lead to greater NSSI risk of adolescents.Conclusion:Unsafe maternal attachment and the lower psychological resilience level may be the risk factors for adolescents with NSSI.
