不同修复材料用于恒磨牙窝沟龋修复的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的 比较三种不同修复材料用于恒磨牙窝沟龋修复的临床疗效。方法 184例(335颗患牙)恒磨牙窝沟龋患者,按照随机数字表法将患牙分为A组(100颗患牙,采用富士Ⅸ玻璃离子充填)、B组(113例颗患牙,采用幻彩光固化复合树脂充填)、C组(122颗患牙,采用加强型流动树脂Beautifil Flow Plus F03充填)。随访6~12个月,比较三组治疗效果,观察三组修复失败原因。结果 随访6~12个月, A组修复成功率为82.0%, B组修复成功率为82.3%, C组修复成功率为92.6%。C组修复成功率高于A组、B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组、B组修复成功率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A组充填物全部或部分脱落12颗,充填后敏感症状4颗,继发龋或微渗漏2颗;B组充填物全部或部分脱落11颗,充填后敏感症状5颗,继发龋或微渗漏4颗;C组充填物全部或部分脱落5颗,充填后敏感症状3颗,继发龋或微渗漏1颗。结论 采用加强型流动树脂Beautifil Flow Plus F03充填修复恒磨牙窝沟龋,对于预防术后敏感及保持充填体的完整性具有较好的临床疗效。Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of three different restorative materials in the restoration of pit and fissure caries of permanent molars.Methods A total of 184 patients with pit and fissure caries of permanent molars(335 involved teeth)were divided into group A(100 involved teeth,filled with FujiⅨglass ions,group B(113 involved teeth,filled with composite resin cured by magic light and group C(122 involved teeth,filled with reinforced flow resin Beautifil Flow Plus F03).Followed up for 6-12 months,the treatment effect of the three groups was compared,and the causes of restoration failure in the three groups were observed.Results At 6-12 months of follow-up,the success rate of restoration was 82.0%in group A,82.3%in group B,and 92.6%in group C.The success rate of restoration in group C was higher than that in group A and group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in success rate of restoration between group A and group B(P>0.05).In group A,12 teeth were completely or partially removed,4 teeth had sensitive symptoms,and 2 teeth had secondary caries or microleakage after filling.In group B,11 teeth were completely or partially removed,5 teeth had sensitive symptoms,and 4 teeth had secondary caries or microleakage after filling.In group C,5 teeth were completely or partially removed,3 teeth had sensitive symptoms,and 1 tooth had secondary caries or microleakage after filling.Conclusion The treatment of pit and fissure caries of permanent molars with reinforced flow resin Beautifil Flow Plus F03 has a good clinical effect in preventing postoperative sensitivity,reducing the crack rate of fillings and maintaining the integrity of fillings.
